Hello!  My name is Clarice Brown and I'm a seasoned real estate professional and proud member of the esteemed EXIT Realty Lowcountry Group.  I'm pleased to announce my commitment to providing unparalleled service to clients in the greater Charleston area. Born and raised on John's Island, with roots deeply entrenched in the Lowcountry, I bring a unique blend of local expertise and industry experience to her role. Graduating from Trident Technical College and Voorhees University, I've dedicated her career to serving the communities of Charleston and Berkeley counties. With over 30 years combined experiences in banking, accounts receivables and fraud investigations, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a steadfast dedication to her clients' needs. I'm a member of St. James Presbyterian Church on James Island.  Being a five year Stage 2B breast cancer survivor, I also mentor women who are recently diagnosed with breast cancer.  My amazing beautiful family consists my fiance', four children and four granchildren.
